Technical requirements:

1. High-frequency quenching at the reference surface A, with a penetration depth of 1.5-2mm and a hardness of HRC58-62 in the penetration layer;

2. The workpiece should be free of defects such as burrs, flanging, cracks, and deformation; 3. The tooth profile of the gear needs to be chamfered, and the tooth surface should be polished
