Product description

This one-way clutch is primarily used in electric bicycles equipped with internal rotor motors, and is independently developed and produced by our company. Technical requirements

1. Use high-lubricity grease packing internally and ensure proper sealing;

2. Parts must be cleaned and washed thoroughly before assembly, and must be free of burrs, fins, scale, rust, chips, oil stains, colorants, and dust;

3. The one-way clutch has a rated torque of 50N.m and a maximum torque greater than 80N.m. It rotates flexibly when disengaged and has a clutching durability of over 300,000 cycles;

4. When the one-way clutch slips, the ball must work, and at this time, the concentricity of the inner and outer circles should be kept within 0.035. When the one-way clutch transmits torque, the ratchet works, and at this time, the concentricity of the inner and outer circles should be within 0.045.
